ORDERS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK LOSS

Once an order has been processed and handed over to the courier, Peptivate is no longer in direct control of the shipment.

  • Risk of loss transfer to the courier upon dispatch
  • Peptivate shall not be liable for:

a. Lost or missing package
b. Courier delays or failed delivery attempt
c. Damage incurred during transit

  • Customers are responsible for:

a. Providing accurate delivery information
b. Monitoring shipment status

However, we will reasonably assist with the courier when possible.

NO REFUND FOR INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund, replacement or exchange.

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE

1. Subject for approval

All requests for refunds and exchange are strictly subject for review and approval by Peptivate.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any request.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A complete and unedited unboxing video is required for any claim.

  • The video must clearly show:
  • The sealed package prior to opening
  • Continuous unboxing process
  • Actual condition of the product

Failure to provide this will result in automatic rejection.

3. Product Condition

To qualify for any claim:

  • Product must be unused.
  • Product must be in original condition and packaging
  • Any signs of usage, tampering, or customer-caused damage will void eligibility
Three (3) Day Reporting Period
  • All concerns must be raised within there (3) days from date of receipt.
  • Claims made beyond this period will not be entertained.
Refund Processing & Verification

Refunds, if approved, will be processed:

  • After the item has been returned and received by Peptivate.
  • After the inspection and verification of the reported issue.

Peptivate reserves the right to deny refunds if:

  • The issue cannot be verified
  • The item does not match the claim
  • Conditions are not met
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed, shall be borne by the customers.

Final Decision

All decisions made by Peptivate regarding refunds, replacements or exchanges are final and binding.

PRIVACY

Customer information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act. We do not sell or share personal date except as required by law.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptivate, its owners, aHiliates and partners from any claim, damages , or liability arising from:

  • Product misuse
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Unauthorized or improper use
GOVERNING LAW

These Terms &Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute shall be resolved in the proper jurisdiction.

AMENDMENTS

Peptivate by BioEssence Co., reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continues use of this website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
